On November 3, Wugang successfully developed high-end special steel plate 12Cr2Mo1VR, which will be used for the manufacturing of key parts of a key Sinopec refining and chemical project. The high-end special steel plate will replace the import, creating the thickness (193mm) and single weight (46 tons) of the current domestic 12Cr2Mo1VR steel plate made of electroslag ingot and "forging and rolling".

On February 6, Wugang EN10225 standard - fixed offshore structure welded steel plate successfully passed the German TuV Rhine certification, the certification scope covers S355NLO, S420MLO and S460QLO and other grades, the performance pass rate of 100%, product technical quality indicators reached the advanced level at home and abroad.



EN10225 standard steel plate has good comprehensive mechanical properties, welding properties, process properties, requiring 1/2 impact, strain aging, Z tensile, etc., technical requirements are significantly higher than ordinary structural steel, is a high-end product.
